Terms of Service

These are draft terms between Vyso, an AI automation agency operated by Joshua Moreira as a sole proprietor in South Africa, and a business that engages Vyso to design, build or operate the automation services described below.

Vyso designs, builds and operates custom AI automations around a customer’s existing systems: document processing, reconciliation, monitoring and alerts, follow-ups and operational reporting, with human-approval steps on outward actions. The exact scope, deliverables and fees of each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins; no prices are published on this site.

Engagements typically begin with a mapping phase in which Vyso documents the customer’s operation and identifies the highest-value bottleneck. Its output is delivered whether or not the customer proceeds to a build.

Where Vyso agrees preferential terms with early clients, those terms are recorded in the written engagement agreement at the time of signing and apply for as long as that agreement provides.

There is no fixed lock-in. Either party may cancel the service with 30 days’ written notice, sent to the email address below (or to the customer’s account contact, from Vyso’s side).

Vyso processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013, as set out in full on the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms by reference. See also the POPIA & PAIA page for the Information Officer and how to request the PAIA manual.

These terms, once finalised, are intended to be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

This draft will change as it moves through legal review, and again as the service itself changes. The current version is always the one published at this address.
