Social media marketing and automation

Every post drafted. Every post approved.

Vyso runs social media marketing for South African businesses as a system, from Johannesburg. A content plan is built from what the business actually does, posts and replies are drafted by automation in the brand's tone, every item waits in a queue for a person to approve, edit or reject, and a monthly report says what was posted and what got attention. Nothing is published without approval.

What it includes

A system, not a freelancer.

What the social media system includes

Consistency is the whole game, and consistency is what businesses run out of by week three. So the drafting is automated and the deciding is not.

A week of posts, and where each one is waiting.

Each item carries its source, its draft and its state. The orange one is waiting for a person. Values shown are illustrative, never a claim.

How it runs

Five steps. One rule.

How the social media system runs

The rule is the fourth step. Everything before it is automated so that step stays quick, and everything after it stays honest.

  1. 01

    Listen

What the business does, how it talks, and the questions customers already ask on the phone and on WhatsApp.

  2. 02

    Plan

A month of themes tied to real events in the business: a new line, a season, a delivery day, a price change.

  3. 03

    Draft

Automation writes first drafts from your material, in your tone, with the photos and clips you already have.

  4. 04

    Approve

Every item waits for a person. Approve, edit or reject on your phone. Rejected drafts teach the system.

  5. 05

    Publish and report

Approved items go out on schedule. Replies are drafted for you to send. A plain-language report lands monthly.

What stays human

Software proposes. People decide.

What stays human

Claims and tone

Every word that goes out was approved by someone at the business. The system drafts, it does not decide.

Replies

Comments and messages get a drafted reply with the context attached. A person sends it, or does not.

Visuals

Your real photos and footage first. A phone on the floor beats a stock library every time.

Paid

Paid campaigns are scoped separately and never switched on without a budget you have signed off in writing.

Frequently asked questions
01Do you post automatically?

Drafting is automatic. Publishing happens only after a person at the business has approved the item. Nothing leaves the building unapproved, which is the same rule every Vyso system runs on.

02Which platforms?

LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok to start. WhatsApp status and Google Business Profile where they matter for the business. The plan follows where your customers actually are, not every channel at once.

03Do I need to supply content?

Some. A voice note, a few photos from the floor and answers to the questions customers already ask are enough for a month of posts. The system drafts from your material, so the more real it is, the better it reads.

04Does automation mean generic posts?

Drafts are written from your material and your tone, and you can reject any of them. The point of the system is consistency, not volume: showing up every week with something true about the business.

05What does it cost?

There are no published prices. Scope and fees are agreed in writing after a short conversation about the business and the channels that matter. A free audit is the place to start.

Next step

Show up every week.

A free audit. One operation mapped, the biggest leak found, and an honest answer on whether a system would pay for itself.
